Between November 2019 and May 2020, the original 1988 irrigation system at Sanctuary Cove Golf Club was fully renewed. Commissioned by Nutrien Water Nerang and Prolinks, the project replaced the ageing network with modern polyethylene (PE) pipe and Plasson fittings throughout — delivering a system built to outlast the one it replaced.

PE pipes from 125–315mm OD, joined using butt and electrofusion welding for fully homogeneous, leak-free joints.
Plasson electrofusion branch saddles provided reliable 63mm connections from the trunk main into the lateral network.
One-piece, injection-moulded PE100 ball valves give the course reliable section isolation for maintenance without shutting down the whole system.
Mechanical tapping saddles and metric female elbow fittings connect each sprinkler head cleanly to the lateral line.
Laterals were installed using a vibratory plough with metric compression fittings, protecting the turf and keeping the course on schedule.
